Our Story


Luigi acquired his passion for food working during his teenage years in a bakery, catering company and banquet facility where he acquired his knowledge and experience in different aspects of the food and hospitality industry.

In 1990, with the help of his family Luigi opened the Continental Restaurant where he learned firsthand about running a business. While in the restaurant business the next stepping stone for Luigi was to expand his passion for cooking into the catering industry for clients to enjoy signature dishes with family in the comfort of their home or venue.

Catering by Luigi's commissary, boasts a twenty-two hundred square foot kitchen complete with bakery and modern state of the art equipment designed to prepare food in large volumes daily. This facility has enabled Catering by Luigi to establish a system of execution for off premise catering that is second to none. Luigi and his team highly qualified kitchen staff prepare food of only the best quality to ensure customer satisfaction at all times. Working in a warehouse or in a backyard does not create any barriers for Luigi's team of professionals.

Consistently maintaining the highest standards for customer service has allowed Catering by Luigi the opportunity to cater many off premise events from corporate to social.
